We proudly ship across India, bringing our curated collection of products right to your doorstep.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout and on our shipping page. Please note:

  • These are indicative timelines and may vary based on your location and the logistics partner involved.
  • Factors such as regional lockdowns, weather conditions, or carrier delays may affect actual delivery times.

We will always do our best to ensure timely delivery, but EzCart cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays caused by courier partners.

Shipping Partners

We collaborate with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

If your address falls outside our courier partners' serviceable zones, we will contact you to explore an alternative shipping method.

Shipping Charges

Your complete order may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on availability and location. However:

  • You will be charged a single delivery fee (if applicable) per order — no hidden or extra charges for split shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your order’s journey to your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select locations and is subject to courier service availability.
  • In certain PIN codes, COD may not be supported.
  • COD is not a trial option — payment is mandatory at the time of delivery.
  • Refusing to accept COD parcels may lead to deactivation of this option for future orders.

Time-Specific Delivery Requests

For any special delivery timing requests:

  • Email us at indiaezcart@gmail.com after placing your order.
  • You may also leave a comment in the order notes during checkout.
  • While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee time-specific deliveries.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement by emailing us at indiaezcart@gmail.com.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery or returned after three failed delivery attempts will not be eligible for a refund.

International Shipping

We’re working on launching international shipping soon. Stay tuned!

Note: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
