Refund Policy

At EzCart, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is delightful from start to finish. While we take great care in curating and packaging every order, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Below is our Return Policy, designed to keep things simple and fair.


1. Damaged Product on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 4 hours of receiving it by sending clear photos and videos of the product and the packaging to indiaezcart@gmail.com.
We will resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.


2. Returns for Other Reasons

If a product doesn’t suit your space or expectations, don’t worry — we offer returns for up to 24 hours post-delivery.

  • Clearly mention which items you wish to return.

  • If returning only a part of your order, please hand over only the specified items to the pickup agent.

a) Pickup & Refund Mode

  • We offer free doorstep pickup for eligible returns.

  • Once the product is collected and passes our quality check, we will issue an EzCart Credit (voucher) equal to the value of the returned item(s).

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

  • In case of misuse (e.g., repeated COD refusals), we reserve the right to deny free returns.

b) Repeated Returns

We reserve the right to charge for returns or deny future return requests in case of multiple or repeated return claims from the same user account.


3. Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Include all tags, manuals, and original documentation.

  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected during the quality check.


4. Unserviceable Pin Codes

In rare cases where your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup by our partners, we may need to wait until service resumes in that region.


5. Missing or Tampered Deliveries

Although extremely rare, if you suspect that your package has been tampered with, please:

  • Record a video while unboxing, and

  • Contact us at indiaezcart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving a delivery notification.

If you haven’t received your package but got a delivery confirmation SMS/email, notify us within 24 hours to initiate an investigation.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing indiaezcart@gmail.com.

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Non-acceptance of COD orders or refusal at the doorstep may result in deactivation of the COD option for future purchases.

  • For prepaid orders that are refused or cancelled post-shipment, EzCart reserves the right to deduct two-way shipping costs from any applicable refund or credit.


7. Return Timeline & Store Credit

  • Once the returned product clears our quality checks, a Credit Voucher will be issued within 10 days.

  • Credit Voucher can be used on any future order at EzCart and will remain valid for 1 month from the date of issue.


8. Handmade or Artisan Products

Some of our products are handcrafted and may feature natural variations in colour, size, or texture. These are not considered defects, but a celebration of artisanal uniqueness.


9. Bulk & Customized Orders

Returns are not applicable for bulk purchases or customized items. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


10. Store Purchases

Orders placed via EzCart.incannot be returned at any physical stores or events, if any.


11. Jurisdiction

In case of any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the jurisdiction will lie in Kolkata, India.


12. Approval Process

All return requests must be approved by our customer care team. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to review and respond after submitting a return request.
